SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Federal District Court Judge Charles R. Breyer today denied a motion to dismiss a civil rights lawsuit alleging that Northwest Airlines discriminated against graduate student Arshad Chowdhury by prohibiting him from boarding a flight at San Francisco Airport even after law enforcement professionals stated that he was not a security threat.
